3. Unable to travel due to In quarantine period

5. Personal decision not to travel due to pandemic
6. Tour Packages cost will be forfeited as airlines, tour agents (supplier) will not entertain any kind of refund.
7. Latest announcement made by goverment required all customer to have 2 dose covid-19 to travel. Customers are responsible for covid-19 vaccination process or swab test requirement [if required].
8. Customers are responsible for the cost of quarantine related issue due to covid-19 [If Required].Insurance will only cover the quarantine & medical expenses during tavel.
9. [[company]] is a travel company that book tour on behalf client for airlines and ground provider. We are bound to the reservation policy set by airlines and ground provider. Customers should aware that [[company]] will not bear any additional cost regarding any event due covid-19, however company will do negotiation process on behalf IF any of the covid-19 issue occurs. The negotiation process result is based on approval from airlines and ground tour supplier.
10. In case of tour cancelation due to covid-19/outbreak/government decision, refund will not be entertained, only postponed will be allowed and the new travelling dates will be given by [[company]].
11. Refund will not be entertained for unused services due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. Insurance with covid protection is mandatory for all trips during pandemic. Insurance with covid protection cover almost all issue related to covid issue including being positive covid19 before travel. Customers are required to refer their insurance policy and responsible for any arrangement with insurance company.
13. This is a additional terms on the existence travel terms (Click for T&C) by [[company]], in event of covid related cases, customer are bound to this terms. Booking for this packages means customer fully aware and agree to [[company]] terms and condition.

By completing and submitting this form, I hereby has read point no 1 to 8 and agree to the terms & conditions stated on behalf of my travel members under my booking (invoice).
